RNA PolII X-ChIP-Seq (GSE67454_XChIPSeq) Track Description
 

Description

These tracks show the regions that are enriched in RNA Polymerase II (Rpb3) as identified by the crosslinking ChIP-seq protocol (X-ChIP-Seq). The peak calls and the log likelihood ratios were determined by MACS2.

The dataset was retrieved from the Gene Expression Omnibus database at NCBI under the accession number GSM1647362. The results were lifted from the D. melanogaster release 5 assembly to the release 6 assembly.
