Description

These evidence tracks show the results of the ORFanage analysis of the Combined Isoform Assembly (CIA) transcriptome produced by the Hilgers lab. The open reading frames within the CIA transcripts were predicted by ORFanage using release 6.61 of the gene annotations for D. melanogaster produced by FlyBase as reference.
