Description

This track shows the locations of the early activating origins of replication in Kc, S2, and BG3 cells that have been identified by the modENCODE Origins of Replication Group. The "Early Origin Meta-Peaks" subtrack corresponds to early origins of replications that were identified by the genome-wide profiling of 5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine (BrdU). The "ORC Meta-Peaks" subtrack corresponds to regions that show enrichment of Orc2 in at least one cell lines.
