Description

Full-Length Non-Chimeric (FLNC) PacBio Iso-Seq reads were aligned against the D. ananassae DanaRefSeq2 genome assembly using uLTRA with the D. ananassae RefSeq gene annotations obtained from NCBI under the Assembly accession number GCF_017639315. Redundant transcripts were collapsed into unique isoforms using the collapse command with the --do-not-collapse-extra-5exons option in IsoSeq v3.

The color of each feature corresponds to the number of Circular Consensus Sequencing (CCS) reads which support the polished transcript:

ColorNumber of CCS reads (fl_assoc)
> 1000
500-999
100-499
50-99

< 10

The PacBio Iso-Seq data were produced by Chinmay P. Rele from the Reed Lab at The University of Alabama.
