Description

This track shows the alignments of D. willistoni Full-Length Non-Chimeric (FLNC) PacBio Iso-Seq reads against the D. willistoni DwilRefSeq2 genome assembly. The alignments were produced using uLTRA with the D. willistoni RefSeq gene annotations obtained from NCBI under the Assembly accession number GCF_018902025.

The PacBio Iso-Seq data were produced by Chinmay P. Rele from the Reed Lab at The University of Alabama.
