Description

This track shows the locations of the lamina-associated domains (LADs) based on DamID analysis of B-type lamin (Lam) in Drosophila Kc cells. The analysis results were lifted from the D. melanogaster Release 5 assembly over to the Release 6 assembly.

The locations of the lamina-associated domains were obtained from the Comparative modENCODE / ENCODE web site.
